You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the data your team adds to your workspace.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content you don't have the right to use;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• Send spam or misuse the email-sending features.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to operate the service, including sending it to our subprocessors (such as our AI provider) to power features you use.

AI-generated content is provided for assistance only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should be reviewed before you rely on it. You are solely responsible for any content you send to customers or act upon.

The service is currently offered free of charge while in development. Paid plans and their terms will be introduced with notice. We may modify features over time.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
